Ocean Grove Municipal Court
The town of Ocean Grove was founded as a Methodist summer retreat by the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. It is a largely non-residential summer town and is more of an active camp meeting place.
Ocean Grove largely consists of summer homes only and much remains uninhabited during winter months. During summer months, the town sees a sharp increase in the number of traffic and moving violations, as well as disorderly persons offenses and other minor crimes.
Many people do not think to hire an attorney when it comes to a traffic violation or a related offense, and instead choose to pay the fine or plead “guilty” without trying to challenge the traffic citation or moving violation offense. It is your right to challenge a traffic or municipal offense and protect your rights. We can help you defend against a reckless or careless driving charges, a DUI, or a speeding ticket, and retain your driving privileges by beginning immediately with a careful analysis of the police investigation and all possible defenses to the charge.
