Mr. Clark not only draws on his extensive experience as a partner at Clark, Clark & Noonan, LLC, but also on his experience as a prosecutor for the District Attorney of Queens County in New York City. As an Assistant District Attorney he handled thousands of misdemeanor cases, trying a number of them, including crimes for bias harassment, DWI/DUI, serious traffic violations, simple assault, and violations of restraining orders.
After his work on misdemeanor cases, Mr. Clark was promoted to the Major Crimes Career Criminal Bureau as a riding ADA where he worked hand in hand with the NYPD on hundreds of investigations which included crimes for murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, gun possession, drug possession, armed robbery, pattern robberies, bank robberies, commercial burglaries, residential burglaries, gang assault, felony assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and domestic violence. Mr. Clark completed his career as a prosecutor in a felony trial bureau where he handled more than a thousand felonies. While there he successfully tried a number of cases including crimes for aggravated assault, burglary, armed robbery, gun possession, and DUI/DWI.
