In almost every single traffic court or criminal case, that we weren’t able to get outright dismissed, we have been able to negotiate pleas to less serious charges that carry fewer penalties. A common example is cases where the charge is careless driving, reckless driving, or speeding and we successfully lobby the prosecutor for a plea to unsafe driving, which a no point violation that carries only a fine.
