The Court is located at 1979 Township Drive in Marlboro Township. The Court is on the right, but parking sometimes fills up. If it does you may have to park in the overflow lot on the grass. You will pass the overflow lot on your right on your way in. The Honorable James M. Newman is the presiding judge. The Court is in session every Tuesday at 9 a.m. for first appearances, 9:30 a.m. for guilty pleas, and 11:00 for cases where the defendant is represented by an attorney.

The Court is located at 601 Main Street at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Main Street in Belmar. You enter the building on the 6th Avenue side of the building. The Court is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. All of the Court’s sessions begin at 1:00 p.m. however the days change depending on the season. From October to May the Court is in session on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. From June to September the Court is in session every Wednesday.
